Awesense Exterior is a roofing and cladding contractor built around one idea: do two trades exceptionally well, for the climate we actually work in.
We focus on roofing and cladding across Greater Vancouver & the Fraser Valley — and nothing else. That focus is deliberate. The exterior is what stands between a building and months of coastal rain, wind and moss, and it rewards crews who understand the whole assembly rather than treating it as a quick cover-up.
Our work runs from full re-roofs and flat-roof membranes to fibre-cement re-clads and rainscreen rebuilds. Whatever the project, the approach is the same: assess honestly, quote clearly, and install to a standard that holds up long after the last invoice.
We’re licensed, insured, and build to BC Building Code, including the drained and vented rainscreen detailing that the leaky-condo era made mandatory on the South Coast. We’d rather do fewer jobs properly than rush through many.
